Les marocains c’est pas pareil ils font ça avec des boulettes de viande.
Par contre Stella ds la vraie recette les œufs st a mélangé avant leur cuisson. Après chacun fait comme il veut.

Utilisé souvent par les etudiant de l’université. Trés simle a base de viande haché, tomate et petit pois et bien sur des oeufs.
